Not necessarily. If your building authorizes access for PawsDeck on the assigned service day, we can complete the visit while you are away.
We aim to minimize detergent use while cleaning thoroughly. Methods depend on the system and balcony finish. Where suitable, steam can be part of the process. Cleaners and any required disinfectants are used according to their instructions, with the pet kept away until the area is ready for use.
Used grass and collected waste are contained for removal. Our process uses a urine-absorbing material to help turn collected liquid into a gel for bagged handling. Cleaning water is collected during service.
Your pet-relief system and the immediate surrounding area agreed at setup. Whole-balcony cleaning or repairs require a separate scope.
Pick up solid waste daily, follow the system-care instructions, and contact us if you notice excess liquid, a damaged component, or your pet becomes ill. System size and service frequency depend on your pet’s use and the balcony conditions.
We record visible service conditions around our system. Structural inspections, waterproofing assessments, and repairs are outside this service.
